The Kailua Park Master Plan website is continually being improved and optimized for maximum accessibility, as recommeded by the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C).

Currently, images on the site contain 'alt tags' with descriptions of the image that aid users who listen to the content of the site by using a screen reader. Images of maps will include 'alt tags' listing all relevent structures, such as ball fields, gymnasiums and offices.
